Where to begin!  We did not have any intentions on moving until we found an opportunity to build a new home out of state.  As a result, we needed to consult with a realtor to put our house on the market almost immediately.  Celine was timely, responsive, and supportive.  Within days, she provided us with a complete market analysis, offered a few recommendations on how to prepare our home for the market, had professional photographs taken and listed our home within two weeks.  From there, she established open house dates and provided multiple showings.  Celine provided reassurance, client feedback as well as feedback from her colleagues.
