Celine was professional and prompt in resolving communications between respective parties, and quick to guide expectations where priorities were not 100% aligned. Likewise, as our selling agent, Celine was succinct in identifying quick fix, low-hanging opportunities to list our property, competitive in establishing a reasonable listing price, and motivational in bringing it to market quicker than we thought probable. She over delivered.  We agreed to an offer over asking in under a week. Throughout the closing process, she was again instrumental in prompt communication and resolving incongruous priorities. We now have a home for new memories, and brought another family to the community.  She was available whenever we had a simple question or needed her to drop by. We can’t recommend Celine enough.
