About Celine and Stone Ridge Properties

Celine joined Stone Ridge Properties in January of 2005. A licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 2004, she has experience with all aspects of the real estate transaction. Celine brings enthusiasm and dedication to helping both buyers and sellers. Prior to her career as a Realtor, she received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and subsequently worked as an Associate Scientist in the Biotech Industry for almost ten years.
Celine is a member of a collaborative within Stone Ridge Properties, and is proud to be able to work closely and co-operatively with two experienced Realtors, Tracy Mousseau and Kevin Wallace. This collaborative offers her clients the effectiveness and availability of two Realtors while enjoying the personal service for which Celine is known.

When I decided to look for a condo in Newburyport, I called Stone Ridge Properties after looking on line, etc. Celine contacted me right away, and she helped me thin down the list of places to look at as she was very familiar with just about all of them, and made arrangements to visit each of the remaining locations. We found the right place very quickly and Celine guided me through the process of making an offer with her in depth knowledge of the market, and the history of selling prices for similar units. In the end, I got the ideal place for me at a very fair price.

As everyone knows the real estate market in 2008-2009 was in a state of flux. I found myself in the position of having to sell property, which I owned for over 35 years, during that time period.
